10 Reps of Each Exercise

Jumping Jacks

Standing Bicycles (10 ES)

Pushups

Burpee Pushups

Boat Pose Toe Tap (10 ES)

Squat Side Kick (10 ES0

Take 5 minutes to warm-up.  After that, set your timer for 30 minutes and do as many rounds as possible.  Do the workout and you’ll be entered for a chance to win a growler of kombucha and a Mexican blanket from our friends at Tapshack.
