Hi, we can’t wait to see you in the studio.  Take the first step and fill out the free pass form.  From there, you will be able to book your complimentary session where you will be to take a workout session, go over your goals and get a complimentary in-body scan to determine your starting point.  Ready?  Let’s Go!


In -Body Scan and Tour

Every InBody Test includes a full-page Result Sheet printout that details muscle, fat, and water measurements and highlights specific areas to focus on. We will go over these stats after your session.

45-Min Effective Group Workout

Warm-Up with Yoga. HIIT it with cardio and strength through high intensity interval training and functional strength. Namaste out with a yoga cool-down. Deadlifts? Down-Dog? AND BURPEES in one session? Yeah, we love it too!

Let's talk goals. After your session we will go over your starting point and put together the blueprint you need for success.

Yes, our sessions are suitable for beginners to advanced.  

Bring clean indoor training shoes, water, and your A-Game.

We love beginners or those jumping back in.  Your coach will help you take a holistic approach to identifying your goals, any movement limitations, and come up with a game plan that doable to your lifestyle.

18 and up.  15 and up are welcome but must be present with parent/guardian the first session to fill our parent/guardian waiver.

We do not offer childcare however, you’re welcome to bring your children to hang out in the lounge area.   Which is in eye view of the workouts space. Children are not permitted on the workout floor.  Infants are welcome to stay seated in their stroller/car seat.

At your initial workout, your coach will meet with you to go over any injuries and will help you put together the best schedule/program to fit your needs.  You can also contact us before your session is you have any further questions.
