  • Down dog.
  • Repeat.
  • Down Dog Toe Touch.
  • Three-Legged Downward Facing Dog Pose
  • Repeat.
  • Downward Dog into Runners Lunge
  • Mountain climbers.
  • Repeat

HIIT/Strength: 45 Seconds Each. 3 rounds.

Squat overhead press.

10 pushups followed by child’s pose
