Each day is focused and specialized on a muscle group, giving you multiple opportunities to get a great workout.  So if a certain time slot doesn’t work for you, you can easily come into another session the same day. Flexibility is key.

We offer sessions at the same times every day, providing consistency in your weekly routine.

Mon-Thu Morning: 5:30 AM 6:20 AM 7:10 AM 8:00 AM / Evening: 5:00 PM 6:00 PM 7:00 PM

Friday: 5:30 AM 6:20 Am 7:10 Am 8:00 AM 9:00 AM 12:00 PM.

Saturday: 9:00 AM 10:00 AM
Sunday: 9:00 AM 10:00 AM

The Breakdown:

Monday – Upper Body (arms & chest)

Tuesday – Core

Wednesday- Legs & Glutes

Thursday – Back

Friday- Full Body & Core

Saturday- Full Body

Sunday – Full Body Reset (A higher focus on yoga to recenter your body and mind for a great upcoming week.)
