Membership Hold T&Cs

Hold must be placed at least 5 business days before your next billing.  If your next billing date is within the next 5 business days your account will be charged in full and your hold will begin on your next billing date.  Accounts may not be pro-rated.  Cancellations while on hold are not permitted.  Your account must reactivated and your 15 business day cancelation notice must be placed.   

Your account can be held for 2 months out of a yearly cycle.  If your hold exceeds 2 months you will have to cancel your account and resign up at our current price point.
