Client must give notice of cancellation to SYNERGY180 at least 30 business days prior to the scheduled monthly debit date or 30 days advance.

Cancellation requests received after this deadline will be charged in full for the next month’s services. 

Please note, even if Client notifies instructor, Client is still required to fill out the online cancelation form to cancel their Agreement. Such form will serve as Client’s cancellation receipt. 

If for any reason the 12 month program is cancelled before its completion date and after 6 months of from purchase date, $20 fee minus any discounts or promotional items will be applied every month active to receipt of the cancellation notice shall become due and will be debited fromClient’s payment account immediately. 

If the 12-month program is cancelled within 6 months of the purchase date, a $40 reimbursement fee for every month active minus any discounts or promotional items to reflect the current monthly rate to receipt of the cancellation notice shall become due and will be debited from Client’s payment account immediately. 

If for any reason the 6-month program is cancelled before its completion date , a 20 reimbursement fee for every month active prior to receipt of the cancellation notice shall become due and will be debited from Client’s payment account immediately. In no event will the collected reimbursement fee exceed the total remaining balance under this Agreement. If the 12-month or 6-month agreement is paid in full with any discount, the discount is immediately reverted and the full amount of the monthly will reflect.
