Below you will find the links to be able to download each week’s Meal Plan and Grocery List. The recipes below and meal plans are put together by Sofie and she has perfected this 6-Week Plan over the course of 4 years.
Please keep in mind these recipes serve 4. So if you’re going to cook for yourself only make sure to divide everything by four including the grocery list.
If you’re vegan, vegetarian, or have a nutrition restriction please let us know. We have other meal plans that may work better for you.
