We are currently offering sessions indoor and rooftop. Only 8 spots are available per sessions and clients have designated stations that allow 6-15 feet from each other.
When arriving at the studio, we will take your temperature. Masks are mandatory as you enter and leave. Your station will include your own shelf, towel, and hand sanitizer.
All equipment, floor, and workout area is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every session.
If indoor operations cease, then all sessions will be hosted on our rooftop.
Due to limited spots, we are only offering one in studio session per day. You’re welcome to take more sessions in a day virtually.
Yes, almost all of our sessions are also hosted online via Zoom. You will be able to see and hear your coach clearly.
Masks as you enter and leave are mandatory. While you’re in your designated station, you’re welcome to remove your mask.
