(perform each exercise for 1 minute each)

  1. Battle Ropes with Squat
  2. DB Crossbody Crunch w/ Single Arm Shoulder Press
  3. Sprinter Lunge into High Kick
  4. DB/Plate Bicep curl, into Shoulder Press, into Tricep Extension
  5. Sit-up to Jump Tuck
