THE HOUSE BLEND (THB)

Our signature blend of H.I.I.T, Yoga, and Strength. A 45-min workout of Namaste meets break a sweat badassery.

POWERHOUSE (PH)

The epitome of H.I.I.T/STRENGTH. Prepare yourself for 45 minutes of high-intensity interval training that pushes and aligns with your strength. From pull-ups, bar bells, ropes, we have a variety of equipment to power you up.

KINETIC FLOW (KF)

Breathe, align, and challenge your body in this vinyasa style 45 minute yoga session. The magic is all in the transitions. Build the muscle strength and body awareness to flow.

180 RESTORATION (180R)

Slow everything down and take a 180 approach. Restore and dive deep for 60 minutes with poses like Child’s Pose, Legs-Up-the-Wall, and Savasana using bolsters, pillows, straps, blocks, etc. to support your body in a full, long, and comfortable stretch.

Did we mention that every day is a different workout and a new music playlist?  That’s our promise to you. Consistently challenging workouts and a playlist that makes sure you never plateau or get bored.

We incorporate equipment from kettle bells, resistance bands, pull-up bars, medicine balls, free weights, good old yoga mats, plyo boxes, and so much more.  Don’t forget about the best equipment – your body weight, we’ll use that too.

Unlimited Sessions

Unlimited workout sessions without the worry of sessions being overpacked. We limit our sessions to a max of 15.

Accountability

An initial 1-1 45 minute personal training session. Weekly check-ins to get you to your goal.

nUtrition Assistance

Fitness is just half of the equation. We got your back with meal plans, grocery lists, and unlimited email access for help.

Buddy Passes

3 Monthly Buddy Passes (That’s right, your friends are our friends. Buddy Pass is a 1 week unlimited pass for those new to our facility.)

We opened on Saturday 11th of November 2017.  11/11 (make a wish) 

All of our trainers are nationally certified yoga instructors and personal trainers.  They all are CPR certified as well.  Staff bios coming soon! 🙂

Absolutely!  All memberships can be frozen up to 2 months in a year. 

We don’t like repeating the same workout.  All four of our session types will change.  We focus on different body parts on certain days, we also change themes, and the music playlist is always fresh. 

Trust us, you won’t get bored. We are rising up to the challenge to keep things interesting.
