5 minutes of nonstop plyo in between weighted circuit – 3 rounds

Circuit:

squat high pull

ring dips

crunches on ball

good mornings 

chest press

5 min plyo work:

Butt kickers

plank jacks

jump lunges

ice skaters

high knees
