Group Training Group Coach

Your Key Responsibilities

Independently design and collaborate with other trainers to offer 30-50 minute workouts that combine the elements of high intensity interval training, yoga, and strength training.
Provide the highest level of client satisfaction.
Consult on nutrition, healthy balanced lifestyles, and fitness per individual client.
Open and close studio.
Be an advocate of living a balanced healthy lifestyle. Like pull-ups and an occasional wine? We do too.

Our Requirements

Minimum 5 year experience in group training, personal training, or yoga (knowledge of all highly preferable) AND membership sales.
Nationally accredited personal/ group training certification.
CPR & First Aid certified
Available early mornings

General Manager

Job Description

The  General Manager will help ensure the smooth and efficient operational procedures within Synergy to provide the highest level of customer service. • Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping while helping the CEO facilitate all delegated projects and responsibilities • Manage multiple aspects of inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage and general club maintenance • Educate staff of proper company policies and procedures Qualifications • Qualified candidates must have proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional settings with 3-6 years of management experience in a customer service business • Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to drive revenue • Hire, direct and train staff as well as excellent time management and follow-up skills • Financial management experience • Bachelor’s Degree required Additional Information
