Sunday 1st: Beach Body Fools (meet at the beach at the end of Newport)
 
Workout – 
3 x 10 min amrap
 
1 – 10 burpees, 20 supermans, 30 Russian twists, 40 mt. Climbers 
 
2 – 10 weighted half burpees, 20 squat press, 30 single leg deadlift hop (15 each side), 40 ice skaters
 
3 – 1 block run, 20 punch outs, 30 jumping jacks, 40 alternating arm presses (20 each side)
