Where do I start?! Synergy is 12/10 for me. They have a beautiful, clean, modern gym with incredible coaches and admin. Everyone is welcoming, kind, and very supportive. The workouts are intense and effective. The coaches will walk around and give pointers for form and give you some motivation if you're struggling. All workouts start and end with a yoga stretch.
