2nd Min- Overhead Tricep Extensions w/ Sumo Squat- 15 reps 

3rd Min- Flutter kicks + pec flys – 12 reps 

4th Min- Alt. Arnold presses – 12 reps 

5th Min- Alt. Lunge + lateral raises- 12 reps 

6th Min- Plank triceps extensions – 10 reps each arm
