Social Distance Partner Workout
Your partner is the person at the station next to you. You have to complete together one exercise each with the number of reps before moving on to the next exercise. You will want to time how long it takes you to finish.
✖️100 Jumps Squats
✖️80 Plank Shoulder Taps (40 each side)
✖️60 Reverse Lunges (30 each side)
✖️40 Athletic Burpees
✖️20 Hand Release Push-ups
Once finished try to beat your time if time is left.
30 min to finish followed by coaches’ choice finisher.
