Alt Toe Touch Jump Squats

Sumo Squat Curl Press

After each round do one minute of cardio of the following:

1 MIN CARDIO

ROUND 1: JUMPING JACKS

ROUND 2: HIGH KNEES

ROUND 3: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

ROUND 4: SQUAT JUMPS

ROUND 5: BURPEES
