Equipment Needed: Dumbbells

Rounds: 30 Minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

Finisher:  Coaches Choice or 30 

tuck jumps while partner does jumping jacks and then switch.

Exercises:

Partner 1 does 10 reps of each

Deadlifts

Squats

Pushups

V-Ins

Partner 2 does mountain climbers and sit-ups switching 

between the two exercises for the duration it takes partner 1 to finish.

Once partner 1 finishes the four exercises they will become partner 2 

and then do mountain climbers and sit-ups.  

Continue repeating for 30 minutes and see how many rounds you and your partner can do..
