Equipment Needed:Â Dumbbells
Rounds: 30 Minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
Finisher:Â Coaches Choice or 30Â
tuck jumps while partner does jumping jacks and then switch.
Exercises:
Partner 1 does 10 reps of each
Deadlifts
Squats
Pushups
V-Ins
Partner 2 does mountain climbers and sit-ups switchingÂ
between the two exercises for the duration it takes partner 1 to finish.
Once partner 1 finishes the four exercises they will become partner 2Â
and then do mountain climbers and sit-ups. Â
Continue repeating for 30 minutes and see how many rounds you and your partner can do..Â
