Squat curl press
Heal touches
Russian twists
Push-up arm extensions
Renegade row

Partner 1 does first exercise while partner 2 does a plank and waits. Partner 2 does the first exercise while partner 1 does a plank. Once first exercise is done partners will move on to the seconds and so forth until all are complete. Once all are complete partners will move on to round 2 which will involve lunges over head press as opposed to the plank.
